GerbView Support

General Information

If you have a problem with your GerbView installation, you should first make sure that you're running the latest version.
The version of the currently Installed software can be found in the About dialog box.

All technical support is primarily handled through electronic mail or by using our online support forum.
You can report a problem by using our online support forum or send us an e-mail. Please include as much information as possible about your problem and your system configuration. If the problem is related to a specific file, it will help us a lot if you can send us that file with e-mail, or upload it to our forum.

Software Maintenance

All new licenses includes a one-year maintenance agreement that covers:
  • Free minor updates and bug fixes.
  • Free major upgrades.
  • Highest priority for requested features, or other improvements to the software.
  • Highest priority for fixing reported problems/bugs.
  • Free technical support by e-mail.
